NCAS CBA & SLA Preparation Course — Built for Self Study
The Inspire Global Assessments (NCAS) CBA & SLA Aren’t Testing Your Nursing Knowledge
Self-paced. Online. Start anytime. 500+ CBA practice questions. 10 SLA prep lecture videos. Canadian nursing frameworks and flowsheets. $397 CAD.
Many IENs perform poorly on the Inspire CBA and SLA - not because they lack nursing skill, but because they study the wrong way. The assessments test how you think and make decisions like a Canadian nurse, not what you know.
You only get one chance. Poor results can mean a re-entry program: 12-24 months and up to $31,300 for international students. This course teaches you how to think, prioritize, communicate, and document like a Canadian nurse so you walk in prepared, and give yourself the best chance at a shorter and quicker licensing pathway.
“It feels like someone finally understands what I am going through. Your course is giving me the clarity I desperately needed. For the first time, I feel like doing well on the CBA and SLA is actually possible. I finally booked my test dates in 2 months — and I’m walking into them with confidence and support I never had before.”

About Your Instructor
Hi, I’m Irah, a Canadian Registered Nurse with over 19 years of experience across emergency forensic nursing, public health, rehabilitation, long-term care, and nursing education. I’ve worked with organizations including Vancouver Coastal Health and Fraser Health and previously taught nursing with a focus on clinical judgment, leadership, and professional practice. Through my work with internationally educated nurses, I saw that the challenge wasn’t nursing knowledge — it was learning how to think, prioritize, communicate, and make decisions like a Canadian nurse. That’s why I created Nursing Collective: to give IENs the guidance, preparation, and support needed to succeed in the Canadian licensing process.
