I’m a Canadian Registered Nurse with 19+ years of experience in the Canadian healthcare system, and a coach and mentor dedicated to helping IENs achieve licensure in Canada.

I created Nursing Collective after seeing the same gap over and over again. Working alongside IENs and teaching them as a Nursing Instructor, I saw firsthand that the knowledge was never the problem — what was missing was focused guidance, dedicated resources, and a support system built specifically for the Canadian licensing journey. So I built it.
