A typical week in the program
The pace that works best for most students is to attend (or review) the weekly live coaching sessions. You can expect to spend about 3–5 hours per week on the program, including time for reviewing recorded sessions and practicing CBA/SLA scenarios. Of course, you’re welcome to spend more time if you’d like to study longer or dive deeper into the material. Here’s what a typical week will look like:
