A typical week in the program
The pace that works best for most students is to attend (or review) the weekly live coaching sessions. You can expect to spend about 3-5 hours per week on the program, including time for reviewing recorded sessions and practicing CBA/SLA scenarios. Of course, you’re welcome to spend more time if you’d like to study longer or dive deeper into the material. Here’s what a typical week will look like:
